Test developer. Builds the practice engine and writes the guides on Logiktester.
I build the tasks and write the texts on Logiktester: the matrix tasks, the SHL and Aon practice, and the guides to the different tests. The goal is for the format and the time pressure to feel familiar by the time you sit the real test, so you can spend your minutes on the tasks themselves.
How the tests are made
The tasks are our own. An engine generates them from the same kinds of rules the real tests use, and every task is checked so that exactly one answer is correct. The formats come from the test publishers' own descriptions and practice examples, such as the practice material from SHL and Aon. We don't copy questions, and we never call a task official.
Facts about the tests, such as time limits, the number of tasks and how the score is calculated, come from the publishers and the employers themselves. The sources are listed at the bottom of every guide. When something isn't officially documented, we say so instead of guessing.
Background
I built and write the online courses at YK Kurser, which prepare drivers for the Swedish Transport Administration's knowledge tests for commercial transport licenses (goods, bus and taxi), and I'm the course lead for Medborgarskapskursen, an online course for the Swedish citizenship test. I also built ATC Tests, a free practice site in Swedish and English for the air traffic controller selection. In my day job I'm a Digital Growth Specialist at the digital agency Pigment, working on SEO, paid advertising and analytics.
